Payment is due at the beginning of the month. The first month’s payment should be made prior to your child starting at the nursery.

We accept payments by:

•               Famly – using the on-app payment option 
•               Debit/Credit Card 
•               Childcare Vouchers
•               Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme
•               Online banking / Bacs transfer ** Please note we do not accept cash

There is no reduction of fees for absence, personal holidays or bank holidays except the one week closure at Christmas. Invoices and statements are sent out on a monthly basis, any queries regarding payments can be made by contacting the Finance Department on 01978267530 or via email (financesales@cambria.ac.uk).

Please note: If you arrange any additional sessions for your child’s care and subsequently no longer require them, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. Where notice is not provided within this timeframe, the full session fee will remain payable.
