Payment Terms
Payment is by direct debit monthly in advance with the first month being paid by cheque, debit or credit card prior to your child starting at the nursery. We do not accept cash.
Where you require additional sessions please pay prior to leaving your child at the nursery. There is no reduction of fees for absence, personal holidays or bank holidays except the one week closure at Christmas. Statements are sent out on a monthly basis.

There is an additional charge for late drop offs, which is £10. Additional sessions will continue to be charged at the sessional rates.
Weekly fees are calculated as folllows: 51 weeks / 12 months = monthly fee
If you want to study or are studying a full-time at Coleg Cambria, have pre-school children and you are on a low income, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance towards the costs of childcare in the Toybox Nursery.
Please contact Student Services on 0300 30 30 007 for details of the Learner Support Fund; you can apply for assistance as soon as you enrol on a full-time course at Coleg Cambria.
Late Payment
All fees should be paid before the end of the month, if not then a late payment fee of £50 will be incurred.
