At Toybox Nursery, we have a dedicated and experienced team who are passionate about providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for every child.
Our rooms are led by Senior Nursery Nurses (SNNs) with a wealth of experience in early years, supported by a dedicated team of qualified practitioners.
Our team includes practitioners with Level 3 and Level 5 childcare qualifications, as well as Level 2 practitioners working towards Level 3. We also support apprentices and students from Coleg Cambria to develop their skills and experience within the early years sector.
We believe in continuous learning and professional development, ensuring our team have the knowledge, skills and confidence to support every child to feel safe, valued and reach their full potential.

I joined the early years sector in 2006, spending 16 years working within the college as a Childcare Assessor and Lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA). During this time, I supported students and early years professionals to develop their skills, confidence and practice.
I am passionate about creating a warm, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to be curious, confident and independent. I believe children learn best through positive relationships, meaningful experiences and opportunities to explore and discover the world around them.
I am proud to lead the Toybox Nursery team, bringing my experience in early years, staff development and quality improvement to my role. My aim is to continue developing Toybox as a place where children thrive, families feel supported and staff feel valued.
I have worked at Toybox Nursery since 1992 and have a wealth of experience within the early years sector.
I am the Additional Learning Needs Coordinator (ALNCo) for Toybox, supporting children with additional learning needs and working closely with families and other professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
I have extensive experience with the Curriculum for Wales, Early Entitlement and the 30 Hours Childcare Offer, and I am passionate about providing children with positive, inclusive and engaging early years experiences.

I joined Toybox Nursery in 2001 and have developed a wealth of experience within the early years sector.
I am passionate about supporting children’s speech and language development and encouraging inquisitive minds. I enjoy creating engaging experiences that inspire children to communicate, explore, ask questions and develop a lifelong love of learning.
My aim is to help every child feel confident, supported and valued, while providing opportunities for them to develop their skills through meaningful play and everyday experiences.
I enjoy supporting the children thrive and develop from the toddler stage to the independent pre schooler.
I have over 13 years experience with children ages 0-12 . I am very enthusiastic and always provide a safe and fun environment for children.
I have been part of the Toybox Nursery team since 2006 and work in the Lili room. I love supporting our youngest children as they begin their nursery journey.
